    What makes this particular role special is an opportunity to act as an interface between Offshore and Operating Companies, managing business relationships between clients and suppliers while maintaining focus on the accounting processes quality.

    In this role you will:

    • Be daily involved in all accounting streams, i.e. RtR as well as OtC and PtP;
    • Manage relationship between Operating Companies/Onshore/Offshore;
    • Manage and lead periodic meetings;
    • Manage standard and repetitive queries;
    • Steer activities delivered by Offshore;
    • Take ownership over issues and audit actions;
    • Lead improvement and transformation activities based on agreed agenda;
    • Continuously working to identify and leverage opportunities for improvement and standardisation.

    Our key requirements are:

    • Minimum 2 years of service towers’ experience (RtR preferable);
    • Experience in conducting global processes in a fast-paced, complex global organisation;
    • Experience in working within financial process transformation situations;
    • Professional finance qualification(s) and a degree in finance and accounting or related field and/or demonstrated knowledge and experience in a finance and accounting environment;
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills along with resilience to resolve issues;
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines and finite resources.
