Service Development is a global and dynamic team of project/program managers and experts coordinating process transformation, transitions and driving operational and service excellence through performance driven culture for all shared services delivered for Carlsberg.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Definition of relevant Process Performance Measures and Management routines within a given Process Area
  • Driving the definition and roadmap towards achieving specific performance improvement targets
  • Being the driving force of actions execution towards performance improvement engaging relevant stakeholders (GSS, BPO and business) considering up- and downstream dependencies
  • Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives aiming at performance improvement leveraging Operational Excellence Framework
  • Researching and providing relevant information on best practices on all areas of operational excellence based on cross internal and external benchmarks
  • Providing expertise and coaching on the CI toolbox to the operations teams
  • Facilitating process performance analysis to address performance issues and opportunities and driving the actions in collaboration with respective operational teams
  • Focusing on analytics and providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities in close collaboration with operational teams
  • Ensuring Metrics framework maintenance with SLA’s and KPI’s defined, reported and controlled for all critical Services and processes
  • Supporting Vendor Management on monthly review of SLA performance
  • Raising and driving implementation of reporting needs and change management for performance measurement and management 
  • Contributing to the definition and continuous improvement of Operational Excellence Framework and supporting on Operational Excellence initiatives and in overall development of the Department

We are looking for a person who…

  • Has a University Degree in Finance, Business or similar
  • Has +5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Has experience in relevant process area as well as dependencies with auxiliary processes 
  • Has expertise in definition of performance measures and driving improvements twards achieving best in class performance results
  • Demonstrates good understanding of continuous improvement methodology
  • Has experience in managing small and medium projects
  • Has business and operational knowledge of Shared Services
  • Is a self starter and has passion for improvement 
  • Collaborates across matrix organization and can build successful relationships within Shared Services, outsourcing partners and the business
