Your responsibilities

  • Definition of relevant Process Performance Measures and Management routines across end to end Record to Report Process

  • Raising and driving implementation of RtR reporting needs and change management for performance measurement and management

  • Driving the definition and roadmap towards achieving specific performance improvement targets aiming at bringing Record to Report function towards best in class

  • Being the driving force of actions execution towards performance improvement engaging relevant stakeholders (CSS, BPO and business) considering up- and downstream dependencies

  • Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives aiming at performance improvement leveraging Operational Excellence Framework

  • Researching and providing relevant information on best practices on all areas of operational excellence based on cross internal and external benchmarks

  • Providing expertise and coaching on the CI toolbox to the operations teams

  • Facilitating process performance analysis to address performance issues and opportunities and driving the actions in collaboration with respective operational teams

  • Focusing on analytics and providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities in close collaboration with operational teams

  • Ensuring Metrics framework maintenance with SLA’s and KPI’s defined, reported and controlled for all critical Services and processes

  • Supporting Vendor Management on monthly review of SLA performance

  • Contributing to the definition and continuous improvement of Operational Excellence Framework and supporting on Operational Excellence initiatives and in overall development of the Department

Our requirements

  • A University Degree in Finance, Business or similar

  • +5 years of relevant professional experience

  • End to end Record to Report Process understanding as well as dependencies with auxiliary processes

  • Expertise in definition of performance measures and driving improvements towards achieving best in class performance results

  • Good understanding of continuous improvement methodology

  • Experience in managing small and medium projects

  • Business and operational knowledge of Shared Services

  • Someone that is a self starter and has passion for improvement

  • Ability to collaborate across matrix organization and can build successful relationships within Shared Services, outsourcing partners and the business
