Your responsibilities
Manage and develop highly engaged Infosys Financial Services associates
Manage Period End Close – coordination, supervision and communication
Ensure financial operations for region are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality
Analyze, monitor, and action on KPIs to improve their values consistently
Ensure proper updates to R2R Senior Manager, highlighting risks and opportunities
Identify areas that will deliver the highest value to R2R
Participate in the project creation, definition and strategy
Consistently cooperate and partner with Local Business Units in the R2R Manager’s region
Facilitate knowledge - sharing across teams/departments
Ensure work policies & procedures are followed
Ensure safe control environment/closure of action items from audits
Our requirements
University degree preferred – especially within Finance and Accounting
Supervisory experience in international environment
English language knowledge required on a fluent level
Min. 4 years of experience in whole R2R processes (ICB, FA, GA)
Leadership, organizational and project management skills
Ability to organize workload
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
Excellent attention to detail
