Recruitment for
Due to dynamic development of brand new Global Business Service Center, we are looking for candidates who are willing to develop their professional career in the area of finance as RtR Specialist.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the monthly closing process and act as a point of contact with Finance/market stakeholders
Initiate new intercompany recharges/true ups
Prepare ad hoc journals (provisions, accruals etc.)
Oversee asset sales, reconciliations and eliminations for intercompany accounting
Support the Fixed Asset Accounting period end close process
Work collaboratively across delivery towers to ensure effective and efficient period closing
Check and review output from analyst
Update process-related policy and process documents
Capture & document knowledge during the transition phase
Accountable for decisions relating to the successful execution of the RTR processes in line with SLAs and KPIs
Employer requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Good command of English (B2)
Communictaive German (B1) will be an asset
Min 2 years of experience in accounting (including RtR area) in the international environment - preferably in SSC/BPO
Previously worked in similar capacity within an international organisation
Great verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work
