S2P Accountant with DutchNumer ref.: 131913
Your Responsibilities:
- supporting migration of S2P processes to Krakow FSSC and prepare S2P related process documentation (process maps and work instructions)
- handling and resolving escalated Accounts Payable, invoice and payment processing issues
- execute S2P month end close activities including AP accruals and journal entries
- managing vendor queries in more complicated cases,
- maintain vendor accounts and reconciliation
- prepare and process vendor payments
- execute S2P accounting analyses and reports as assigned
- apply techniques and standards to improve the process
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of previous experience in AP/S2P area
- Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Developed interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of Dutch
