Your responsibilities

As a SaaS Technician at Banqsoft, you will be part of the Application Operation team responsible for the operations of our ASP customer’s bank system, infrastructure and integrations.

You will be involved in monitoring, batch job handling, software installation and upgrades, interface adjustments and technical support. You will also take part in continuous improvements of our systems, services and processes.

Our aim is to provide a higher availability for our customers. You and your team will work in shifts to cover the need of handling operational issues. You will also be able to influence how the team will work and how to accomplish a stable and effective operation.

Our requirements

  • You have at least 3-4 years experience working with customers and using multiple IT systems

  • You have experience with databases SQL Server management

  • You are skilled with Powershell and SQL

  • You have an interest in IT and would like to develop your career within technology

  • You have good English communication skills, both written and spoken

  • You are available to work night shifts from time to time

  • You are happy to mix routine tasks with more advanced activities

  • You have higher education in IT or relevant studies
