Safety Assistant (Pharmacovigilance)
Location: Warszawa

Responsibilities:
  • Support the submission and distribution of safety reports and relevant tracking
  • Support distribution and tracking of distribution of follow up letters
  • Support inspection preparedness activities
  • Maintain local documentation as required by legislation (including archiving/tracking/retrieval)
  • Assist Safety department colleagues as needed in administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Degree in a science or healthcare related field preferred, such as: public health, dietetics, nursing, physiotherapy, biology, biotechnology, chemistry
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, particularly in the use and management of relational databases and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability, with supervision, to solve routine problems and to surface issues constructively
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance and/or data management will be an asset
