Safety Assistant (fixed term contract for 2 years)Numer ref.: 107682
Main responsibilities:
- Assist Onboarding Manager in administrative duties
- Assist Safety department colleagues as needed in administrative duties (ie. expense reports)
- Assist Team Leaders in administrative- daily workload management duties
Requirements
- Degree in a science or healthcare related field preferred
- Fluency in spoken and written English, any additional European language skill will be an asset
- Demonstrated computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- High attention to detail
- Ability, with supervision, to solve routine problems and to surface issues constructively
- Experience in pharmacovigilance and/or database management will be an asset
