Design and execute a sales plan that enhances & expands our strong market presence
Providing feedback on competitor activity
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Using my influencing skills to agree additional space and displays of our products
Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate action to take
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Visit wholesalers of assigned regions, check their stock status and collect orders
Achieve sales targets in specified market segments
Ensure stock’s proper & attractive visibility
Avoid out of stock status
Meet customer needs with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
Maintain accurate sales records of sales meetings, sales calls
Building rapport with client contacts and wholesalers
Ensure orders are processed and delivered effectively
Ensure quality and consistency of product delivery
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
University or College degree
5 years proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, knowledge of Consumer Batteries / Led Bulbs will be considered a plus.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Fluency in English and Polish is required
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
Discretion, confidentiality, self-motivation, teamwork spirit
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
