Your responsibilities

  • Design and execute a sales plan that enhances & expands our strong market presence

  • Providing feedback on competitor activity

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Using my influencing skills to agree additional space and displays of our products

  • Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate action to take

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Visit wholesalers of assigned regions, check their stock status and collect orders

  • Achieve sales targets in specified market segments

  • Ensure stock’s proper & attractive visibility

  • Avoid out of stock status

  • Meet customer needs with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Maintain accurate sales records of sales meetings, sales calls

  • Building rapport with client contacts and wholesalers

  • Ensure orders are processed and delivered effectively

  • Ensure quality and consistency of product delivery

  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Our requirements

  • University or College degree

  • 5 years proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, knowledge of Consumer Batteries / Led Bulbs will be considered a plus.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Fluency in English and Polish is required

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data

  • Discretion, confidentiality, self-motivation, teamwork spirit

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
