Your responsibilities

  • Implementation of area sales strategy and development of target plant-based markets Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Italy according to the area sales strategy

  • Maintaining and expanding existing business within the assigned area combined with budget responsibility

  • Maintenance and consolidation of personal customer relationships

  • Advisory and technical implementation at customers’ premises

  • Processing offers, contracts and cooperation agreements as well as forecast planning

  • Participation in trade shows and marketing and promotion events

Our requirements

  • Degree in food technology preferred

  • Fluent and with good communication skills in Polish and English, further languages especially Italian, German, Czech, or Slovakian considered a plus

  • Sales or technical sales experience in the food and/or plant-based industry within the assigned countries (min. 2 years)

  • Advanced presentation skills regarding creation, structure, content, and visualization

  • Highly self-motivated with a problem-solver mentality

  • People and customer-oriented team player with proactive communication skills
