Implementation of area sales strategy and development of target plant-based markets Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Italy according to the area sales strategy
Maintaining and expanding existing business within the assigned area combined with budget responsibility
Maintenance and consolidation of personal customer relationships
Advisory and technical implementation at customers’ premises
Processing offers, contracts and cooperation agreements as well as forecast planning
Participation in trade shows and marketing and promotion events
Degree in food technology preferred
Fluent and with good communication skills in Polish and English, further languages especially Italian, German, Czech, or Slovakian considered a plus
Sales or technical sales experience in the food and/or plant-based industry within the assigned countries (min. 2 years)
Advanced presentation skills regarding creation, structure, content, and visualization
Highly self-motivated with a problem-solver mentality
People and customer-oriented team player with proactive communication skills
