Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Sourcing new clients in the COSM Industry and taking care of existing ones

  • Selecting the most beneficial offers for customers and preparing them in the system

  • Taking care of customers satisfaction and the satisfaction of the company

  • Close cooperation with other departments: Customer Service Office and Laboratory

  • Monitoring and analyzing market data, in particular, identifying competitors' activities

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and reporting the results to the supervisor

Nasze wymagania

  • Knowledge of issues, markets, and areas related to the cosmetics business

  • Higher education (preferably: chemical technology, chemistry, biotechnology, commodity science, or related)

  • Minimum two years of experience in contact with customers in the Laboratory Industry

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position

  • Ability to communicate freely in German

  • Ability to recognize customer needs and select appropriate offers for them

  • Readiness for business trips

  • Independence, organization, and goal-orientation

  • Driving license cat. B
