Your responsibilities

  • Support for strategic initiatives: VSS, True North, SPP

  • Forecasting sales trends'

  • New Business projects: internal management and communications – road map preparation and maintenance

  • Evaluating and developing pricing proposals for all technical changes and new quotes

  • Salesforce maintenance

  • Ensures IMDS reports availability and correct inputs into commercial activities such as Material Economics

  • Maintain full OE Service

  • Leading sales team’s audit management process, to assure proper procedures are documented to ensure event audit compliance

  • Manages the resolution of customer on-time deliverables such as overdue payment

  • Prototype process management

  • Extract data and perform analyses to support sales team in growing the business at assigned customers

  • Profitability analysis and recommendations for remedial actions

  • Coordinates and supports technical, logistic, quality, financial, manufacturing, internal purchasing issues

  • General support (administration, shipping parts) to customer team director and account manager

  • Supports customer satisfaction initiatives

Our requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• Fluent English

• Experience in sales area is an asset along with financial acumen

• Excellent time management and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and mathematical skills

• Basic understanding of financial forecasting

Responsibilities

The Sales Analyst will help analyze customer performance to inform and support the CBU Sales team in driving business at assigned customers. This is an important opportunity to develop transversal skills by working together with different teams, regions, and business channels. This is the moment in your career where you will learn the “what” and “how” that leads to becoming a complex deal shaper enabling transformative value creation This individual must be a detail-oriented self-starter to ensure timely and accurate management of sales/customer information into data systems. This position will be highly instrumental in supporting the sales teams with administrative tasks, tool enhancement as well as business management initiatives, directly with our assigned customers.

The Sales Analyst will be a part of the Performance Solutions team and will actively maintain good customer relationships with reputable car manufacturers.
