    Sales Analyst

    Reporting to Head of BA CEEC

    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

    Purpose:

     

    Develops effective reporting solutions for Sales Force Effectiveness for Pharmacy and Mass Market Commercial Field Force. Provides high quality business insights through analytics. Ensures comprehensive reporting based on internal and external data sources. Provides strategic consulting based on complex analyses of sales channels, customers segments, segmentation and targeting.

     

    Key Tasks:

    • Responsible for data analysis, data profiling and data sourcing form various sources
    • Administration of key data sources:
      • Ensures correctness of the data sources and systems access
      • Ensures fulfilment of contracts obligations by data providers
    • Designs and implements data quality controls
    • Recommends yearly and per cycle sales targets
    • Secures regular reporting on sales KPIs realization according to required frequency
    • Calculates targets realization for Sales Incentive Plan on a per cycle basis
    • Develops new -, ad hoc reports and improvement on existing reports
    • Ensures sales and performance information flow within Sales Departments
    • Develops and delivers dedicated database tools

    Qualification & Competencies:

    • Education: university degree in economy, business management, data management
    • Experience:
      • SF Effectiveness position, min. 2 years’ experience in those areas in OTC or FMCG industry
      • Optional: experience in Sales Force (ideally pharmacy and medical OTC or OTX)
    • Knowledge of standards of SFE analysis
    • Highly proficient in MS office and VBA
    • Ability to keep schedule, make tight deadlines, work independently
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to resolve complex problems
    • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Skilled to work in a team
    • Proficiency in English
