Recruitment for

 For our Client- one of the leading international medical companies- we are looking for a person, who will fill the position of Sales Analyst.

Your responsibilities

  • Working with the polish sales and marketing management - 30% time allocation:

  • Tasks for supporting polish sales and Marketing Management

  • Creation and maintenance of analysis and reports for marketing and sales management

  • Support business unit manager in effectively steering the sales team and sales activity in Poland (strategy, planning, reporting)

  • Gather training needs of the sales force, prepare and conduct trainings as well as onboard new employees on SFE tools, skills and processes

  • Conduct quarterly and yearly incentive calculations

  • Maintain customer and product hierarchies; support delivery of accurate sales and demand forecasts

  • Implementation of regional SFE initiatives in Poland; collaborate with stakeholders, plan and prepare meetings

  • Working with the sales analyst manager on regional initiatives (Western Europe, Poland + Canada) - 70% time allocation:

  • Drive alignment and execution of strategic Sales Effectiveness initiatives in the Western Europe + Canada region

  • Support developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes

  • Project management responsibilities in an agile environment

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in order to understand and analyze business problems and processes; recommend and develop new processes needed for changes

  • Develop and implement testing methodology

  • Support to enable customer segmentation, targeting and strategic selling to help sales team improve performance

  • Create monthly adoption dashboards for our CRM platform Salesforce.com

  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce.com by creating reports and dashboards and by creating upload


Employer requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in comparable role (preferably in medical area)

  • Higher Education

  • Energy & Passion – You are energized by brining value to our customers, motivated by success and capable of conveying this through phone and email communications

  • High performance mindset – you are detail-oriented, analytical and focused on delivering results

  • Teamwork – you love to win as a team in an intercultural setting with high individual autonomy

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office suite, especially MS PowerBI and MS Excel

  • Experience with CRM platform Salesforce.com is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or similar field 

  • Native Polish skills

  • Excellent English skills (C1 or higher)
