Your responsibilities

  • Drive operations of existing dashboards with the team (update data, create backups, prepare dashboard for Salesforce releases and/or updates to data foundation, administrate access, etc.)

  • Work with Sales and business units to qualify new data sources for future developments

  • Translate business needs of Sales, business units and other stakeholders to technical solutions in Tableau CRM

  • Work with team to introduce predictability into existing work with the purpose of steering attention and driving targeted actions

  • Drive new release roll outs and take part in trainings of the Sales teams when needed

  • Help facilitate quality improvement of CRM data across segment.

Our requirements

To succeed in this role you must be determined to make an actual difference for Sales. You take pride in understanding the operations, needs and challenges of the Sales organization and use your analytical and technical toolbox to develop intelligent solutions in Tableau CRM.

As complex challenges are an integral part of the job, you must thrive with driving problem resolution individually as well as in teams. Furthermore, the broad interface with the sales organization requires you to have good collaboration and communication skills, and on top you must have a strong adherence to deadlines.

You hold a Master’s in Economics, Mathematics, Business Economics, Finance or equivalent, ideally combined with proven track record (min 3 years) from working with analytics, forecasting, advanced statistics and predictability. Alternatively, you are an experienced analyst with a curious mindset and a proven track record within the listed fields of expertise. Prior experience with Salesforce/Tableau CRM and development of analytics – and preferably predictability models – is a requirement.

Experience from working with Sales and having a proven track record in converting business needs to technical solutions (analytics) is a clear advantage. Experience with R, Power BI, SQL, Azure, VBA is an advantage.

As you will become part of a truly global team with colleagues from Denmark, Bulgaria, India, Mexico and France, while communicating with internal stakeholders regionally, you need to be fluent in English language.

Job Description

Do you have a passion for data - and an ambition to convert data to value adding insights in Sales? Do you want to support Sales in driving fact-based decisions from analytics? Then this job could be the right thing for you!

You will become part of the Sales Excellence Projects & Analytics team in Climate solutions – a newly established global analytics function enabling Sales to maximize the value from data and analytics.

Danfoss Climate Solutions holds leading positions within sustainable and energy efficient solutions for industry, the built environment and the entire food chain, and will leverage the climate agenda and the targets in the “Paris Agreement” and in the EU Green Deal as strong driving forces in accelerating efforts.

As Sales Analytics Developer you will be working with Tableau CRM (previously known as Salesforce Einstein Analytics). Together with a team of business savvy, dedicated professionals, you will be tasked to drive more value out of existing data from our Salesforce CRM solution as well as other sales relevant data sources (e.g. SAP). The job offers a good combination of operations and new developments; as a start you will be taking part in the maintenance of already existing dashboards in Tableau CRM but you will also play an active role during the sprints leading up to new sprints, developments and releases. Over time you will be expected to drive sprints and individual development tracks.
