identify, evaluate and prioritise customer’s problems and complaints
experience in sales / customer service role in food / pharma ingredients or associated industry in B2B environment
master degree (preferably food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, biology, etc.)
very good command of english (written and spoken)
excellent communication skills and high-level leadership skills
basic negotiation and problem-solving skills
computer literacy of advanced user (MS Office, SAP or equivalent, CRM)
being self-disciplined, high-motivated (home office)
being proactive and able to work under minimum supervision
able to perform under tight schedule
having commercial approach, engagement
quick learner, passionate in food

Sales and business development support expert
As a Sales and business development support expert you will work fulfilling customer and supplier needs and ensuring their satisfaction in growing distribution and manufacturing business in the food ingredients and nutritional industries.
We are looking for an energetic individual that will support sales and business development manager and his team. In this role you will not only help with administrative tasks, but you will be a true business partner focusing on objectives, projects execution, team collaboration.
An ideal candidate would be a self-starter, incredibly organized, inventive and efficient.
You should have the intuition to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, be able to complete multiply high priority tasks efficiently and be comfortable with making decisions.
