Your responsibilities

  • Currently We are seeking Sales & Marketing Manager (Senior Position) for Barceló Warsaw Powiśle Hotel who will be:

  • managing the sales department and implementing sales plans for the team

  • a key brand ambassador for Barceló Warsaw Powiśle and other Barceló hotels

  • undertaking relevant marketing and promotional activities

  • preparing contracts in accordance with current business conditions and pricing policy

  • increasing revenues of restaurant , bars and banquet services , analyzing trends on the market

  • and identifying potential new sales opportunities

  • reporting and performance monitoring

  • taking responsibility for specified accounts

  • achieving hotel and departmental sales goals

  • participating in budgeting and forecasting and also in relevant meetings and calls

Our requirements

  • at least 3 years’ of work experience in the sales & marketing area in hotel industry (it's a must)

  • analytical skills and very good knowledge about the local market

  • resistance to work under stress and under time pressure

  • very good interpersonal skills, good manners

  • very good knowledge of Polish & English ( written and spoken) , knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage.
