Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the Head of Sales Central Europe (Private Business Group PBG) and the successful candidate will liaise with a wide variety of colleagues across multiple locations. The right person for this role will be comfortable working with databases and excel spreadsheets as well as being a confident communicator with the ability to answer queries in English or Russian and build relationships with both commercial and manufacturing colleagues. Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
  • Daily operational support to Private Business Group (PBG) Sales Manager Central Europe.
  • Maintaining active contacts with team members to carry out goals.
  • Coordination of projects & tasks.
  • Reporting according to the established rules and patterns.
  • Fill in product cards and tech specifications.
  • Go2Market – create new projects when needed change of packaging, bulk, or new cases for Key Customers.
  • Coordinate the signature process and doc (print proofs, contracts) sent to Customers and file them for Internal Archive.
  • Coordinate Teplice visits and Customers conferences in terms of logistics of the team.
  • Demand & Financial Planning support
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Here are the skills and experience we are looking for:   
  • Recent Graduate or currently working towards University degree  
  • MS Office excellence (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Word)  
  • Very good knowledge of English & Russian is a must (written and spoken)  
  • Experience is sales department in FMCG company would be a great asset
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Power BI knowledge would be an advantage
