Your responsibilities

  • Meeting management including the preparation of all relevant documents, such as agenda, briefing documents and presentations

  • Coordination and management of launch activities for global key accounts

  • Leading of clarifications with internal stakeholders on customer specific topics

  • Handling of customer inquiries, customer correspondence in English

  • Administrative support of the global key account team

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an international context

  • Experience in the sales environment in a comparable position

  • Very good MS-Office skills, especially Power Point, Excel and Outlook

  • Organizational and coordination skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Drive for continuous improvement

  • Structured way of working

  • Goal-oriented, independent way of working

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, international and agile environment

  • Open-minded, motivated and dynamic personality

  • High level of commitment

  • Responsibility and accountability for brining topics over the finish line
