Your responsibilities
Meeting management including the preparation of all relevant documents, such as agenda, briefing documents and presentations
Coordination and management of launch activities for global key accounts
Leading of clarifications with internal stakeholders on customer specific topics
Handling of customer inquiries, customer correspondence in English
Administrative support of the global key account team
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an international context
Experience in the sales environment in a comparable position
Very good MS-Office skills, especially Power Point, Excel and Outlook
Organizational and coordination skills
Fluency in English
Drive for continuous improvement
