Your responsibilities

  • managing team covering one or multiple markets;

  • coaching team to efficiently handle processes in scope in line with VG expectations as defined by local sales mgmt.;

  • monitoring work execution and checking/improving work results;

  • planning employee assignments including vacation permits;

  • developing activities to train new employees and enable onboarding;

  • creating of evaluations and presentations for the department;

  • enabling the sales organization’s efficient operation and success;

  • leading and coaching team members in documentation and Sales Backoffice execution;

  • ensuring customer-oriented, lean and cost-efficient execution of selected Sales Backoffice processes in Sales Factory to deliver; profitable net sales growth and increased sales productivity;

  • driving harmonization and excellence in Sales Backoffice processes within own team and across Europe.

Our requirements

  • experience as team lead and/or relevant work experience in a contact center (>3 years);

  • Bachelor (e.g., Business administration or of a comparable study program) or equivalent / higher education;

  • excellent written and oral communication in English, additional language skills (French, Italian, German, Dutch and others) as an advantage;

  • strong track record of leading and coaching (small) teams;

  • excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • team player able to work in cross cultural team;

  • strong work ethics;

  • ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;

  • ability to deliver results within targeted time and make decisions quickly;

  • being solution focused - acting ’customer first in perfect execution’;

  • problem-solving skills and ability to think critically;

  • proactive approach and improvement-focused attitude.
