Your responsibilities
Position Description
Sales Coordination team is responsible to provide administrative support to sales teams across Europe.
Main duties:
- Administrative Support of the Sales Team in UK/Ireland
- Generate and send sales quotations, follow-up of sent quotes or products samples
- Support Sales in providing information regarding QIAGEN products (product data, availability, etc.).
- Internal and external clarification and communication of customers' requests.
- Documentation and clean-up of customer information in Customer Relationship Database (Salesforce.com).
- Support of local exhibitions and seminars (send materials, document attendees).
- Create customer-specific price lists and BW Reports.
- Participation in global projects.
Our requirements
- Fluent English skills (knowledge of other European languages will be a benefit).
- Finished commercial vocational education or comparable qualification.
- Very good knowledge in MS Office applications.
- First experiences in customer contact or promotional activities preferred.
- Graduates with some professional experience are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in one of the following fields preferred: Customer relationship management databases (e.g. Salesforce.com, SAP System).
