Your responsibilities
Administrative Support of the Sales Team in DACH region.
Generate and send sales quotations, follow-up of sent quotes or products samples via e-mail.
Support Sales in providing information regarding Qiagen products (product data, availability, etc.).
Internal and external clarification and communication of customer requests.
Documentation and clean-up of customer information in Customer Relationship Database (Salesforce.com).
Support of local exhibitions and seminars (send material, document attendees).
Create customer specific price lists or BW Reports.
Participation in global projects
Our requirements
Fluent in German and English (knowledge of other European languages would be beneficial).
Graduated from university or comparable vocational training.
Very good knowledge in MS Office applications.
First experiences in customer contact or promotional activities preferred.
Knowledge of Customer relationship management databases (e.g. salesforce.com, SAP) preferred.
Strong communicational skills, polite and business professional etiquette.
Ability to work in changing, international and virtual teams.
Self-organized and service-oriented way of working.
