Your responsibilities

  • Actively driving business growth, customer happiness and retention through providing an excellent consulting & sales service to our German and English speaking customer base

  • Significant impact in current growth phase of the company and actively contributing to important revenue-based metrics with high degree of management exposure

  • Close interaction with graphic design, engineering and operations to realise customer projects from the idea to a finished product

  • Collaboration with our international team spread across multiple office locations

  • Representing our value offering and identity and communicating with clients and other stakeholders via email / phone and other relevant media

  • Support in analysing our internal processes, incidents, cost / value impact and customer feedback in order to keep improving our value delivery towards clients

Our requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or studies in Communications, Marketing, Business, Engineering or related fields or extensive experience in Sales, Customer Service and Operations in high quality environment

  • Prior experience and strong passion for Sales, Customer Care and Operations

  • Excellent German and English

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to identify root-causes and solutions

  • Excellent command of MS-Office (Google Suite) and digital project management tools

  • Passion for design, engineering and technical products / services

  • Style of work that is service-oriented, proactive, structured and solution-oriented

  • Strong internal motivation and desire to self-learn and improve

  • A sense of quality, yet ability to be pragmatic and drive results and overall impact

We're looking for a Sales & Customer Project Manager to join our Sales & Customer Operations Team. This joining is part of a key initiative to internationalise our company set up and grow in new markets. Your main responsibility will be to service our customer base - you’re operationally responsible for the sales & project management and operationally related activities.

Your tasks will drive our outstanding customer experience, sales impact, and enable us to work more efficiently as an organisation. Our Sales Team interacts with Design, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales - and represents the customer also internally to enhance our product and service offering.
