Your responsibilities
Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone and chat) and supporting individual and business clients in incoming communication as a presales advisor – Microsoft company.
Our requirements
excellent knowledge of English
great communication skills
general IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office)
proactive and positive approach
ability to multitask
previous experience in customer service and sales will be an asset
