Your responsibilities

  • Investigate Automation potential in dedicated areas of EE/MEA with focus to grow automation sales

  • Build-up a business plan in close cooperation with Country Organization for development of automation business in selected countries

  • Create a roadmap for specific countries and fields of automation business, assure resources for implementation and regularly follow-up

  • Cooperation and feedback to headquarters, regional structures and product managers regarding further product and solution developments

  • Build awareness of automation importance in Country Organization through coaching

  • Set targets for emerging countries and assure adequate assistance and tools to achieve

  • Ensure Country Organization adequate access to engineering support from region, headquarters and via trainings of local structures.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Automation, Logistics, Economics or adequate with strong focus on sales

  • Experience in sales, logistics or technical product management

  • Min. 3 years of experience on a position of Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Product Manager or Business Development

  • Advanced English skills required; any other Eastern European language an advantage

  • Driving licence B

  • Ability to drive forward and develop new business segment

  • Excellent communication skills, open minded character and multicultural approach

  • Willingness to travel (50% of time)

  • Self-confident while communicating to others, ability to be persuasive to stakeholders on various levels in organization

  • Strong sales focus and ability to absorb technical knowledge fast

Your role

  • Introduce and further develop automated guided vehicles (AGVs) Business in dedicated areas of the Region EE/MEA

  • Lead & substantially support all AGV projects in dedicated areas of the Region EE/MEA

  • Take responsibility for results of dedicated countries in the area of automation
