Your responsibilities

  • Work towards delivering outstanding performance in building our client portfolio, the prospect research and creating external communication

  • Build new relationships with prospective customers

  • Create new leads opportunities

  • Complete qualification process from finding the opportunity, nurturing and follow-up

  • Ensure the process is presented in-line with brand and company guidelines

  • Provide the customer experience is first class at all times

  • Create targeted email campaigns based on received briefs

Our requirements

  • Excellent client service skills both verbal and written

  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

  • Ability to pitch company's offer, if needed

  • Administratively organized, comfortable with email and social media

  • Enjoy working in a busy atmosphere with the ability to cope well under pressure

  • A team-player capable of working alone or with the broader Packhelp's team

Optional

  • Familiarity with tools to support our work: Zendesk, Yesware, Segment, Autopilot, Asana, Amplitude
