Sales Development Representative (Outbound) at Packhelp is the person that helps to drive the business forward. Each team member is responsible for developing new business opportunities to introduce Packhelp to new customers.

Sales Development Representative - Outbound
Location: Warszawa

Few words about the role:

  • Generating new leads through outbound channels
  • Pitching our new products and services to prospects
  • Qualifying leads and choosing the right customer journey
  • Collaboration with the Business Development Team on building effective processes
  • Achieving and exceeding quotas and targets

Description of a perfect match:

  • 6-18 months experience in Sales Development or Sales
  • Fluency in Polish, English and at least one of the following: French or German
  • Passionate about self-development and learning 
  • Desire to work in a result-driven start-up
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to easily establish new contacts and building network
  • Empathetic and positive attitude and focus on customer’s satisfaction
