Sales Development Representative at Packhelp is the person that helps to drive the business forward. Each team member is responsible for developing new business opportunities to introduce Packhelp to new customers. 

This is a perfect step for those who want to begin their career in the Sales department as this role serves as a launching point for our sales process at Packhelp.
Sales Development Representative
Location: Warszawa

Few words about the role:

  • Being the first point of contact for all generated leads
  • Pitching the value proposition of our products and services to prospects
  • Qualifying inbound leads and choosing the right customer journey
  • Collaboration with the Sales Team on building an effective sales process and passing qualified leads for closing
  • Achieving and exceeding quotas and targets

Description of a perfect match:

  • Fluency in Polish and English and at least one other European language.
  • Passionate about self-development and learning 
  • Desire to work in a result-driven start-up
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to easily establish new contacts and building network
  • Empathetic and positive attitude and focus on customer’s satisfaction
  • Previous experience in Sales is great, but not required
