Your responsibilities

  • You will be a member of Sales department team, actively involved in Pre-Sales activities

  • Generate and undertake basic qualification of new business opportunities

  • Extensive use of LinkedIn and subsequent communications and phone calls

  • Nurturing leads who have shown their interest and have already engaged with the company’s through marketing channels

  • Following up prospective clients resulting from marketing activity

  • Executing PGS Software’s sales strategy and cooperating with Sales & Marketing

  • Understanding and communicating a complex service offering

  • Close cooperation with Sales & Marketing

  • Keeping CRM records of all activities updated and complete

  • Reporting of progress daily

Our requirements

  • Excellent German (C1+) speaker and communicative in English (min. B2),

  • Open-minded, flexible and communicative

  • Readiness for business delegations to Wrocław once a month


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales focused role along with a demonstrable record of success (OR you have 2+ years of experience in a role where you had direct contact with clients)

  • Experience in working with CRM

  • Works in international environment work independently, and you are persistent in achieving goals

  • Note: You do not have to be an expert in everything above!
