Your responsibilities

  • Supporting Clients in the development of IT teams (body leasing, software development)

  • Market analysis and identification of business development opportunities in the DACH region

  • Create and implement lead-generation strategies that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads

  • Create targeted email campaigns

  • Complete outbound process: generating interest, nurturing, scheduling meetings and passing warm leads to Business Development Manager

  • Presenting our vision, values and unique business offer to our future Clients

  • Preparing sales and business presentations

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with Clients from various industries

  • Realizing and co-creating our ambitious business strategy focusing on dynamic growth

  • Close cooperation with Business Development Manager, CEO and Recruitment Manager

Our requirements

  • Fluent in German

  • Fluent in English

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Proactive approach, can-do attitude

  • Problem solver with great communication skills

  • Self-motivated and results-driven
