Supporting Clients in the development of IT teams (body leasing, software development)
Market analysis and identification of business development opportunities in the DACH region
Create and implement lead-generation strategies that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads
Create targeted email campaigns
Complete outbound process: generating interest, nurturing, scheduling meetings and passing warm leads to Business Development Manager
Presenting our vision, values and unique business offer to our future Clients
Preparing sales and business presentations
Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with Clients from various industries
Realizing and co-creating our ambitious business strategy focusing on dynamic growth
Close cooperation with Business Development Manager, CEO and Recruitment Manager
Fluent in German
Fluent in English
1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
Proactive approach, can-do attitude
Problem solver with great communication skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
