As a Sales Development Team Lead your mission will be to build, coach and manage a team of high-performing SDRs (Sales Development Reps). This is a role of strategic impact for the organization as it aims to accelerate outbound sales in GetResponse and scale it across multiple markets.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Building and executing an outbound sales strategy for GetResponse MAX
Hiring, coaching and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives
Supporting the growth of GetResponse Sales Academy that serves as funnel for new talent in the SDR Team
Critical and in-depth analysis of Sales Development Team performance for both micro- and macro KPIs
Constantly refining the outbound playbook by collaborating with Sales, Marketing and analytics Team
At least 3 years of sales experience (B2B sales or technology sales experience will be a plus)
Experience in managing a team of min. 5 sales representatives
Excellent coaching & training capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with technical, marketing and customer success teams
Proven verbal and written skills to effectively translate GetResponse’s USPs into Customer benefits
Self-drive to achieve great results and crush the expectations
