Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets

  • Create and communicate sales goals

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs

  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes

  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals

  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts

Our requirements

  • Native or fluent German

  • Minimum 5 years of office furniture sales experience with proven business development results

  • Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time) within assigned territory and possessing a valid driving license

  • Experience in developing relationships with B2B clients

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
