For our client, a fast-growing manufacturer of technologically advanced, high-quality products dedicated to B2B clients around the world, we are looking for a Sales Director.

- sales channel strategy building and execution,
- sales team management, coaching and developing,
- ensure the company has the best class offer and manages clients at the most professional level,
- work closely with the most important distributors in the market,
- optimization of sales processes and the communication between client and the company,
- increase the penetration level in the targeted segments,
- work closely with the R&D, marketing and after-sales department to define the offer of tomorrow and increase the brand awareness.
- at least 5 years experience in senior managerial positions,
- minimum 10 years experience in technical sales departments as an international sales manager or export manager,
- great knowledge of European distribution markets (B2B),
- good knowledge of consumer electronics, printers, additives etc. will be an advantage,
- English level – C1,
- additional European language will be an advantage,
- willingness to travel frequently.
