For our client, a fast-growing manufacturer of technologically advanced, high-quality products dedicated to B2B clients around the world, we are looking for a Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

  • sales channel strategy building and execution,
  • sales team management, coaching and developing,
  • ensure the company has the best class offer and manages clients at the most professional level,
  • work closely with the most important distributors in the market,
  • optimization of sales processes and the communication between client and the company,
  • increase the penetration level in the targeted segments,
  • work closely with the R&D, marketing and after-sales department to define the offer of tomorrow and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • at least 5 years’ experience in senior managerial positions,
  • minimum 10 years’ experience in technical sales departments as an international sales manager or export manager,
  • great knowledge of European distribution markets (B2B),
  • good knowledge of consumer electronics, printers, additives, etc. will be an advantage,
  • English level – C1,
  • additional European language will be an advantage,
  • willingness to travel frequently.
