Our Client, a global packaging company is currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to develop market in Poland.
Thanks to complex offer, company was successful in supporting clients from food, beverage and industrial markets.
- Grow profitable sales by establishing and developing an effective sales leadership team and system.
- Manage and develop team of seven professionals divided into account management and customer service teams.
- Deliver value target accounts by overseeing the development and implementation of market driven strategies.
- Create opportunities for business building alliances by strengthening existing and helping develop new customer relationships.
- Achieve the corporate business goals by leading the integration of functional (sales, marketing, operations, service) knowledge, information and resources.
- Develop sufficient knowledge of a customer's business to enable shaping the supply needs into specifications that the company can readily and profitably provide.
- In this role education of clients (showing business advantages) is as well important as sales.
- The job also requires the ability to deal with extended travel and absences from home.
- Solid background in developing packaging business connected with understanding of operations and supply chain aspects.
- Successful sales experience and five years successful sales management experience, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Proficiency in English and Polish (working on daily basis).
- Strong leadership, proven managerial courage and change management.
- Willingness to travel across dedicated region.
