Our client is a manufacturing company operating globally that creates home-use products.
Your responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth
Identify new business opportunities and target markets, and develop strategies to penetrate and expand into these markets
Build and maintain strong client relationships, and serve as the key point of contact for major accounts
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
Develop and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, and provide regular reports on sales performance to the Regional Manager and HQ
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives
Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to motivate the sales team, share best practices, and provide ongoing development opportunities
Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with key clients to secure new business and maintain existing contracts
Manage contracts with external partners and service providers
Employer requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Manager with a successful track record of achieving sales targets
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales principles and techniques
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
Results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
Ability to travel as required
