Our client is a manufacturing company operating globally that creates home-use products.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth

  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets, and develop strategies to penetrate and expand into these markets

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, and serve as the key point of contact for major accounts

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets

  • Develop and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, and provide regular reports on sales performance to the Regional Manager and HQ

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives

  • Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to motivate the sales team, share best practices, and provide ongoing development opportunities

  • Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with key clients to secure new business and maintain existing contracts

  • Manage contracts with external partners and service providers

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Manager with a successful track record of achieving sales targets

  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales principles and techniques

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools

  • Results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement

  • Ability to travel as required
