Sales Enablement Operations & Planning Manager (loT Hub)

Your responsibilities

  • Structuring, operationalization and planning sales trainings/ sales enablement for lot Hub;

  • Organizing, leading and alignment sales enablement (e.g. account manager training) with 17 markets on HS Sales / Head of Services and Solutions delivery level;

  • Organizing, leading and alignment with 3 cluster marketing operations leaders + group marketing (e.g. Sales Training taskforce);

  • Building approach from scratch – it is a new role that needs build standards for sales enablement;

Our requirements

  • Master's degree;

  • Fluent English;

  • Min. 8-10 years of relevant experience with knowledge management and sales enablement tools (e.g. Seismic);

  • Experience with creating e-learnings;

  • Preferably background from market (sales) and business (product marketing), and combining strong program leading skills with communication skills (to provide/host trainings);

  • Project management skills (Lean and/or Agile approach);

  • Tools/processes/systems savviness;

  • Ability to see things high-level and also understand the details;

  • Problem solving mindset with ability to identify improvement opportunities;

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment;

In this role, you have the opportunity to

develop within Services Marketing Operations & Planning by driving sales education across Philips by partnering with stakeholders to build, coordinate, maintain and optimize sales training/sales enablement for our global teams.
