Your responsibilities
Building up relationships with plant-level key decision makers both in the purchasing and the technical departments of globally well-positioned producers of heat exchangers / thermal management products in EU
Proactive sales of the 3V Automation product portfolio (tooling and machinery products) on the EU market; in this context regular travelling will be required
Gathering of important customer data like production capacity, number of machines and tooling, etc.
Supporting customers in creation and preparation of RFQ documents
Providing feedback to the 3V team in order to continuously improve products and services
Continuous monitoring of competition and market situation
Attending trade fairs and exhibitions, engaging in contacts with customers on professional networks
Supporting the Global Sales Director in defining strategy to develop accounts.
Regular weekly or bi-weekly reporting to the Global Sales Director
Our requirements
Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or other study programs with a profound technical sales related focus
Experience in automotive business or industrial automation business, preferably with experience in the heat exchanger business, ideally with former working experience at one of the globally well-positioned producers of heat exchangers (e.g., MAHLE, Valeo, DENSO, Hanon etc.)
Proven B2B experience of at least three to five years with demonstrable results, ideally with already established relationships with plant-level key people at industrial customers
Perfect English language skills, very good communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills, high motivation, and “hunger” for money
High willingness to travel (between 80 – 100%) and to learn about production processes and technologie
Ability to read technical drawings, easy going character with the ability to get “razor sharp” when required

Fixed salary + commission-based compensation, and target-related bonus payments (up to negotiations between the candidate and 3V Automation)
