Your responsibilities
As Technical Sales Engineer you will lead sales activities, develop key business relations in European geographies and ensure tender delivery
Collaborate closely with the European sales team to create proposals that align with customer needs, attending customer meetings to gain deeper insights
Own the proposal's development process and successfully turn it into sales, while ensuring all deliverables align with expectations, deadlines and key milestones of all stakeholders
Develop compelling sales support tools (presentations, case studies, brochures, etc...), showing your understanding of customer needs and the transformative value our solutions bring
Gather insights and collaborate with hubgrade product teams to acquire a deep understanding of the value of the solution and bring your own market knowledge to the product development responsible
Facilitate, animate and report sales activity in the european community with peers in other departments and international BUs
Actively review, refine and improve our sales practices and proposal development process
Keep our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up-to-date with all relevant information to support management strategic decisions
Support Marketing in successfully delivering digital lead generation campaigns
Enable growth of recurrent service offerings at key customers accounts in close collaboration with service process engineers.
Our requirements
Engineering Degree, Chemical Engineering Degree or equivalent
Experience in wastewater treatment (ideally both the municipal and industrial sectors) would be an asset
Digital Courses (ChatGPT, AI or other) - nice to have
Ability to travel approximately 30 - 50 days per year
Fluent Polish speaker with excellent English skills in writing and speaking (required due to work in an international environment & technical support provided in English )
Proficient knowledge of the environment: Google (doc, sheet, etc.)
Contractually aware e.g. NEC / MF1 (nice to have)

Ability to deliver accurate high quality work to tight deadlines
