Leanheat is a technology company whose artificial intelligence based IoT solution monitors, controls and optimizes the indoor temperature and humidity of district heated buildings. Our solution improves the energy efficiency of properties, increases the operational efficiency of district heating companies and creates a healthier indoor climate for residents. By the end of 2019, Leanheat will be installed in 150,000 apartments around the world, and our aim is to achieve the milestone of one million apartments by 2022. We are rapidly expanding our business internationally and currently operate in Finland, Denmark, China, Sweden, Norway, Poland and Germany.
The Denmark-based Danfoss is our strategic partner since 2016, and today Leanheat is part of the Danfoss Group.
 
Leanheat is growing rapidly and we are now looking for an energetic Sales Engineer to enable our successful market entry into Poland. You would be planning Leanheat’s sales strategy in close collaboration with our headquarter as well as the local Danfoss organization and executing it by actively selling our leading AI-based energy efficiency service to customers and providing solutions to technical challenges relating to heating and our service. Work location can be some of the Danfoss offices in Poland, preferably in Grodzisk.
 
As our new Sales Engineer, your areas of responsibility will be:

  • Identifying and contacting potential customers such as real estate owners or district heating companies and introducing Leanheat to them
  • Preparing sales presentations and conducting sales meetings
  • Closing sales with new and existing customers
  • Solving basic technical problems and answering questions coming from the customers
  • Creating calculations for customers for example regarding potential savings achieved by Leanheat
Our ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in B2B technical sales and at least basic knowledge of central heating systems. We expect you to be fluent in Polish and English. You have the possibility travel regularly in Poland. On a more personal level, your passion is in sales and you have ability to learn new technologies quickly. You enjoy identifying and solving problems and you can do solution-based selling to customers.
