Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a plan for selling the capabilities of the Abble welding workshop

  • Develop and implement a sales plan for the new service of welder vocational training

  • At a later stage - develop and implement a sales plan for fixed price projects

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with key clients of the company, care for a good image of the company,

Our requirements

  • Experience in selling technical services or products

  • Technical education

  • Experience in working in an international environment

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1)

  • Focus on achieving goals, ability to act effectively

  • Willingness to travel on business, initially in Poland only

  • Good knowledge of the MS Office program

  • Experience with the food/beverage and pharma industries would be a plus

Abble Group Sp.z o.o (www.abblegroup.com) is a growing company offering welding and assembly services in the food, beverage, dairy and the pharmaceutical industries. Our personnel is working only with stainless steel using a TIG welding technique.

We provide the following services:

• Offering personnel who work in factories and on installation projects

• Making stainless steel products in the Abble workshop

• Running "Fixed-price" projects, where Abble offers staff, materials and project timelines for a negotiated total price

• We are preparing a new service, which will be vocational training for welders.

The main market is Western Europe (80%) and Poland (20%).

At the beginning the Sales Engineer will concentrate on the Polish market with selling the capabilities of the Abble workshop being a first priority.
