Responsibilities:

  • Actively support the establishment of a highly competent Specialty Care / Oncology (Drug Programs based) commercial organisation ensuring the optimal level of capability and expertise in the particular field
  • Lead the capability development for Sales Representatives and KAMs
  • Lead the capability development for First Line Sales Leaders and SLSL
  • Act as an impactful coach for Reps, KAMs, FLSL, SLSL
  • Identify and build impactful partnerships with 3rd party suppliers for SFE
  • Leading END to END organisation and implementation selling and coaching trainings
  • Lead organisation and implementation of external SFE assessments
  • Act as the key contact for SFE with the broader above country organisation
  • Active interaction with senior management of the LOC in respect of the progress and needs to achieve the desired state of SFE
  • Establishes strong networks with other LOC’s in order to facilitate knowledge transfer and best practice sharing within GSK
  • Ensure global learning solutions and platforms are in use
  • Actively support the embedding of GSK’s Values and Expectations in the sales organisation ensuring proper governance in relation to key processes (i.e. SFI)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, commercial field, digital.
  • In-depth experience in Sales Rep and FLSL positions
  • Advanced Coaching and mentoring experience
  • Analytical Skills and high learning agility
  • Excellent collaborative and networking skills combined with social skills and a strong ability to motivate and engage people
  • Proficient in Change Management
  • Driven and comfortable to assume accountability
  • Able to collaborate on a cross functional basis
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Basic procurement skills will be an additional asset
