Your responsibilities

  • SALES OPERATIONS & EXCELLENCE: (70%)

  • You develop, drive and manage a Sales Excellence Plan that will prioritize a list of activities in line with available capacity. This will be the basis for the sales excellence framework, covering training programs, account management best practices, Time & Territory Management/Territory Business Planning, CRM, Cross&Up-Selling, Sales Process design & methodology, reduce admin & non-selling activities of sales reps, clearly defines roles and responsibilities, processes supported by tools and systems in line with Sales leadership.

  • You refine and streamline existing sales practices and processes to drive high value sales time and effectiveness. Deliver standardized, scalable sales operations and programs for the whole Sales team.

  • Establish and drive a well-defined, predictable rhythm of the business (RoB), that enforces great discipline in sales and delivery processes and delivers over-achievement of business results through core sales and delivery motions

  • Partner with Finance and Delivery on managing the forecast (SRP) and ensure high forecast accuracy. Coach pipeline discipline leading to healthy coverage and infuse the proper forecast rigor, accuracy and accountability.

  • You are the reference point for best practices regarding sales processes, tools & systems.

  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks and drive utilization of sales tools and processes.

  • DELIVER BUSINESS PERFORMANCE SALES INSIGHTS: (20%)

  • Deliver standardized, scalable sales reporting using standardized tools to support visibility & understanding for Forecast (SRP) scorecard, pipeline/opportunity/success engagements,

  • Provide insight into sales execution/performance blockers for partner attach, CTAs (Call To Action), customer adds, delivery, pipeline, Co-Sell engine events

  • Coach and advise on sales motions/strategies for up-sell and co-sell opportunities.

  • Leverage sales/business insights to benchmark performance and define current and future actions needed to grow the business faster than the overall ERP market

  • MODELING, LEARNING & CULTURE: (10%)

  • Partner with Microsoft Sales peers to ensure consistency on approach. Have a learner mindset to see what we can implement/scale from Microsoft into our team successfully.

  • Lead by example by evangelizing simplicity and utilizing standard tools set

  • Build a plan to drive and manage a sales skill training.

  • Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA/Masters a plus with focus on business administration, economics, finance, organizational management, business management

About job position

  • As Sales Excellence Manager you co-define and support implementing the sales strategy by providing the analytics for design making, formulating the strategy into long- and short-term plans and close follow up on implementation and execution of these plans. You take ownership of the sales excellence improvement projects for our direct and indirect sales force to increase both the effectiveness and efficiency. You drive sales strategy alignment and execution at all levels in the organization. As critical member of sales leadership team, you drive forecasting reliability and cross-organization integration.
