Currently, in order to further strengthen the growth of its agricultural division, we are searching for the Sales Representative in Kujawsko-Pomorskie region

Your responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver expected the annual sales objectives / sales volume in given region

  • Manage the existing Clients Portfolio as well as acquire new Clients

  • Manage multi-channel (End Users and Distributors) sales in given region

  • Manage all sales and marketing activities for dedicated product categories on the country level

  • Negotiate with customers regarding annual and/or more annual contracts and concepts, within broader guidelines, to meet the short-term sales targets and the long-term partnership relation

  • Provide market, price, and product information in order to contribute to the formulation of the marketing and sales plan in the crop team

  • Report to the management in order to keep the management informed about proceedings in sales and the consequences for the other departments (operations)

  • Take care of payments and debt collection

  • Contribute to the trial program in order to come up with proposals regarding the assortment

  • Initiate the introduction of new varieties and propose on price level, and product forms in order to contribute to commercial success of new varieties

Employer requirements

  • University degree, preferably in life science, agriculture or economics

  • Proven track record in B2B sales of agriculture related products (seeds, fertilizers, crop / plant protection, agriculture machinery / equipment / consumables, storage systems, packaging systems, etc.)

  • Experienced in Key Account management (large farms, vegetables processing / food production companies).

  • Experience in cooperation with distributors would be an asset
