Your responsibilities:

  • Development of sales of company's products to industrial clients in an area, to reach a sales budget.
  • Co-operation development with distributors and key Food Service operators, to reach a sales budget.
  • Regular business meetings with an existing and potential clients.
  • Preparing and negotiating sales agreements and pricelists.
  • Monitoring competitors market activity.
  • Regular and constant planning of own work, and reporting its results to a supervisor.
  • Gathering a know how by active participation in trainings in Poland and abroad.
  • Participations in conferences in Poland and abroad.

You are welcome to take part in the recruitment process if You:

  • Have the min. 3 years experience in B2B sales in FMCG industry.
  • Have food ingredients market knowledge and proven track record.
  • Have the ability to plan own work in terms of delivery an expected sales results.
  • Are willing to co-operate with other departments (production, R&D, marketing, accounting, legal etc.).
  • Are willing to learn constantly and being open-minded.
  • Have active driving licence B.
  • Communicate in English.
