Are you looking to work in an international company with a chance to travel the world while challenging yourself daily to reach your full potential?  We are currently looking for a talented Sales Manager to be a part of our Sales Team. Our Sales Managers are responsible for working with clients all over the world and generating new business opportunities. As a Sales Manager, you must have an outgoing personality as well as an exceptional drive to master the multi-faceted skills needed to build a career in Software as a Solution sales. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills, and the desire to work with software.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Sell Perfect Gym solution to clients all around the world with a focus on Poland and the CEE region
  • Create your own pipeline and to exceed targets in your territory
  • Record and manage your own pipeline and new business opportunities in Salesforce in order to identify industry and customer trends
  • Represent Perfect Gym at network events internationally
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives for fitness clubs and larger fitness/gym chains.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Implementation Success, Customer Success, Technical Support and Product Development
  • Report weekly, monthly and quarterly results, both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • Fluent Polish and English (B2B) is a must
  • Other language: French or German or Arabic is a plus
  • 2 years of sales experience (preferably in an IT market and or the fitness industry)
  • Degree qualified
  • SaaS sales experience is a plus
  • Determination to achieve the goals & targets set  
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and persistent personality
  • Highly driven and self-motivated individual
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
