    For our new Sales & Service start-up in Warsaw/Poland we are looking for a

    Sales Manager - Customer Consultant (m/f) for service products


    • Regular customer visits to maintain excellent customer relationships, supporting Key Accounts and Independent customers
    • Close cooperation with the headquarters in Germany, in specific Services, Sales and Engineering departments
    • Processing customer inquiries (e.g. presentations, quotations, contracts, etc.) with support of business units at Hauni headquarters in Hamburg, assuring commercial and technical feasibility to meet customer expectations
    • Follow up open customer topics, monitor monthly order intake and turnover, quarterly planning and reports
    • Resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of our customers
    • Support claim management
    • Support various projects


    • You have a university degree with a commercial/technical background and 3-5 years of strong sales and/or services experience in the capital goods industry with proven track record.
    • Background and experience in the tobacco industry and within companies with a global matrix structure are preferable and beneficial.
    • You must be willing to travel frequently abroad and within Poland - previous working experience in Poland would be a distinct advantage.
    • The fluent usage of written and spoken English and Polish are essential for this position.
    • Competence in the use of SAP and MS Office is advantageous.
    • Self-confident and assertive, you have a strong technical understanding and an analytical approach.
    • As strategic thinker, you possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
