     Currently we are looking for:

    Sales Manager for Chemical Business
    Location: Poland and Europe

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be responsible for Business development and Sales for Standard and Specialty Resins in Europe.
    • Meet Target customers; understand applications to generate enquiries for Specialty & Standard Resins.
    • Recommend appropriate products based on technical requirements and process conditions, from existing product range or communicate to Product Management Group, wherever new products are required.
    • Meet and Network with prospective customers, key decision makers, influencers, Process Licensors and position Thermax brands effectively.
    • Develop and maintain necessary agents in above stated geography to generate enquiries
      and business.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    • Essential Qualification: BE/ ME (Chemical Engineering) Or BS/ MS Chemistry Or equivalent.
    • Experience: 08 to 12 years in chemical sales.
      Relevant experience in customer handling & management in direct and distributor segment.
      Experience in handling Ion exchange resin business is preferred.
    • Products to be handled: 
      1) Ion exchange resins for water and non-water applications.
      2) Performance Chemicals.
    • Position type: Full Time.

    • Passion to network, build relations with customer and improving sales.
    • Flair to build in-depth know-how of multiple products.
    • Contracting and negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen.
    • Proficient in English language – written and verbal.
    • Ability to work with a multi-cultural team.

     

    * Candidate should be ready to travel extensively within Europe
