To strengthen our team in Eastern Europe we are looking for a

Sales Manager for the Territory Eastern Europe
for Workshop Equipment (cars, trucks, agricultural vehicles)

Your responsibilities

  • The Territory Sales Manager is responsible to execute the defined strategy for his/her business area, which will cover all countries in his/her territory. He/she will deliver input on the divisional business plan, which will include the GAP analysis for the area of responsibility. The Sales Manager will work in close cooperation with Product Management and Marketing to give input on the management of the product portfolio.
  • The Territory Sales Manager will execute the sales plan in line with the territory and regional decisions, which will include the choice of channels and the pricing strategy.
  • The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible the direct contact to the customers (depending on the market & chosen channel), which can be distributors, wholesalers, dealers, etc. and be responsible to negotiate all conditions in line with the overall strategy.
  • The Territory Sales Manager is responsible to lead the KAM’s & the sales force in the field of his/her business area.

Your personal profile       

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in the business area of Workshop Equipment devices, including:
    • Sales management
    • Direct customer responsibility
    • Contract negotiations
    • Sales force management
  • Experience in product development processes to identify business opportunities
  • Experience with and solid understand of the logistic flow and related risks and opportunities
  • Familiar and comfortable with working in a matrix structure
  • Hand-on mentality and enjoying working in an international environment
